A ReadOnlySpanT of length buffer size / sizeof(T) backed directly by the native memory buffer.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
NotSupportedException	Thrown when the buffer exceeds MaxValue elements. Use CopyTo(IntPtr) for buffers larger than 2 GB.
